As a leader in the industry, I am often asked questions such as, “How do I get more referral partners?” and “How can I become more successful?”

These are fantastic questions, and with today’s competitive race to reach the consumer, technology and social media have become an absolute game-changer for those looking to get ahead.

We are well into Q4, and with the end of the year quickly approaching, now is an excellent time to assess your goals and strategy for 2022. However, before you hit the financial goals, it may help to ground yourself in reality.

The violence has gotten so bad that many airlines stopped serving alcohol during flights. In another instance, a first-class passenger hit a flight attendant because she supposedly bumped into him by accident.

When in crowds, people have started to act almost like animals - pushing and shoving to get through regardless of who is in their way. Many seem to have lost respect for the elderly - not allowing them to go in front of them at the grocery checkout.

Think about it - when was the last time someone said “Good Morning!” to you during your walk? Why are school shootings increasing? Thinking toward the time ahead reminds me that it’s the time of year when many people are talking about new goals for 2022. If you are like most people, you probably have a list of goals for the new year, and the weeks leading up to New Year’s Day are a bit of a “pump-up time” for new habits and resolutions. Read More
